So here are a list of our top picks for lofts and high rises in Oakland CA as August 2019
1. Skyview homes- off of the 580 freeway these single family homes boast one of the best views that we have ever seen of the whole bay area all 3 bedroom 2903-3314 sq ft. 
2. Modera- floor plans from studio up to 3 bedroom this industrial feel lofts and flats are awesome for that rugged but classy feel. 
3. The Bond Condos- 1-3 bedroom flat units are the epitome of jack london square feel. Within Walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the train station. 
​4. Water Park Lofts- Can you tell that we love being around Jack London Square? Well these lofts are right there... With only 28 total units these are highly sought after lofts. Call to get on the waiting list!
​5. The Regillus- Well these flat style units are like a blast from the past. Very hard to get into and very prestigious built in the 1920's these units are the place to be for the historical value. 
6. Sierra at Jack London Square- What? We said we like Jack London Square area. Well this building holds a total 227 units with multiple flats style units. High windows and ceilings in some units The Sierra at Jack London Square Lofts for Sale Oakland CA makes these one of kind. 
7. New Market Lofts- 46 total units in this 5 story red industrial brick building. I mean when you think about living in the city whether its in SF or oakland these loft style buildings are what you look for.

9. Phoenix lofts- built in the 1920 and redone in 2000 these are an awesome work live type place. no commute to work? works for us. 
10. Lakeside Regency- Being on Lake Merritt is great especially for runners and walkers who love waking up in the morning and taking a jog. A path that circles the lake makes it great for running.
